By this time, I was now comfortable with Ink on Canvas & decided to expand on my love of symbolism. In this moment you can see a man playing a trumpet, the notes being played into the sky are "Twinkle Little Star". He is playing for his wife and child in womb. Directly behind, are a series of doors (symbolizing opportunity) and a blank canvas (symbolizing his career). Directly next to the doors is a morning sun rising, which represents new beginnings and new life.
There is a table & chair with a blank piece of paper & pencil, this is to symbolize that the future is blank. The flowers at the bottom are an ode to those we have lost along the way, never to be forgotten. The Red Rose at the bottom is a symbol for Love. The vague outline of a dog is a symbol of a dog I loved for many years who has passed on. She looks over the mother and child. Her name was Osa and she was a beautiful and loving soul in the body of a Chow Chow. She passed in the 2016.
